Colorado Home Owners’ Associations Cannot Regulate Use Of Public Rights-of-way

Colorado recently enacted HB22-1139, which states that HOAs cannot regulate the use of public roadways. The act prohibits a common interest community’s unit owners’ association from regulating the use of a public right-of-way.
