Colorado’s Express Consent Hearings Law provides hearings conducted by the Colorado Department of Revenue for those charged with 0.08 or more on a breath or blood test, or a test positive for prohibited drugs, or for those refusing a chemical test.

For Consent Hearings drivers only have a short window of time upon being served with an Express Consent Affidavit and Notice of Revocation to request a hearing or your license will be revoked automatically.
