Litigation Associate Attorney – Folkestad Fazekas Barrick & Patoile, P.C., is Expanding Its Litigation Team

Folkestad Fazekas Barrick & Patoile, P.C., is a well-established, mid-size, AV-rated firm in Castle Rock and we are expanding our litigation team. We are looking for a litigation associate with 2-5 years experience in criminal, family and civil law. Prior experience as a prosecutor, public defender, military judge advocate, law clerk, or other court-room experience required. This new position will focus on research and drafting as part of a team approach with other attorneys/paralegals on complex matters. The position will progress into one where the associate will have some independent case load and some team cases. Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal and writing skills, a strong work ethic and a long-term commitment to the firm and community.
