The twenty third annual Colorado Artfest at Castle Rock, facilitated by the Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the Town of Castle Rock and Douglas County Libraries, celebrates twenty three years of art and culture on September 8 and 9 with 178 juried artists from across the nation. Stretching from the Castle Rock Town Hall to the Philip S. Miller Library on Wilcox Street, the community fine arts event showcases an eclectic variety of art for sale.
