Gold, a seasoned transactional attorney with 17 years of experience, who will join the firm’s transactional business and real estate team, as the firm continues to grow.
Jean Gold has established herself as an exceptional attorney in all aspects of real estate, business and commercial law, with particular emphasis on complex commercial, water and vacant land transactions. Her practice includes finance for all aspects of investment and purchases and sale of business ownership interests, which includes representation in all phases of acquisition and disposition of real property. Ms. Gold is particularly adept at coordinating successful, simultaneous closings of complex transactions with multiple principals and partners.
After receiving her law and Masters of Business Administration degrees at the University of Baltimore, Ms. Gold started the practice of law and has since represented clients in many counties throughout the front range and western slope of Colorado. Ms. Gold serves as a director of numerous Metropolitan Districts within Adams, Weld and Douglas counties.
