In the last calendar year, Michael successfully won a $1.4 million dollar judgment in a case over the purchase of a business, prevailed at trial in a lawsuit regarding a disgruntled customer for an auto-mechanic’s shop, and settled a first-party insurance claim for over $200,000 when the initial offer was only $10,000.
