The Colorado Judicial Branch has reached an agreement with File & ServeXpress (formerly LexisNexis File & Serve) to provide e-filing services through June, 30, 2013, as the Branch continues to implement the Integrated Colorado Courts E-Filing System (ICCES) throughout Colorado’s judicial districts. “By partnering with File & ServeXpress, we can ensure that each judicial district brings ICCES online in the most effective manner possible for everyone involved,” said State Court Administrator Gerald Marroney. “
With the rollouts of ICCES that began this past October, we learned how important it is for us to provide customized training and implementation for each judicial district. In order to accomplish this, we felt it necessary to continue to provide e-file services with some outside support.” ICCES is fully operational and is currently being used in the 14th Judicial District (Grand, Moffat and Routt counties), 17th Judicial District (Adams and Broomfield counties) and 20th Judicial District (Boulder County).
The remaining ICCES rollout schedule is as follows
|
Court of Appeals File & ServeXpress will provide e-filing services to the remaining judicial districts listed above until ICCES is brought online in those judicial districts. Pricing for e-filing with File & ServeXpress will remain the same as it was under LexisNexis and to e-file with ICCES.
