The Castle Rock Municipal Court has jurisdiction over violations of Castle Rock, Colorado, Town Charter. The Town of Castle Rock Charter provides various provisions and ordinances.
Many traffic violations can be paid without having to appear in court, but all criminal violations require an appearance in court before a judge.
