Brandi Becker

Brandi Becker has been with the firm for over 6 years and serves as the Firm Administrator and handles all aspects of the law firm including accounting, human resources, facilities management and strategic planning. She assists clients with any accounting concerns that may arise and is responsible for the overall management of the firm. Brandi has many years of law firm experience, has managed another regional law firm in the past, and now handles the daily operational responsibilities for our successful, efficient practice.

Shari Stowe

Shari Stowe is an experienced litigation paralegal who assists Aaron Barrick and the litigation department with all aspects of their civil litigation practice, including arbitration, mediation, contract and construction disputes. Shari also assists the attorneys in preparation for trial. She has been with the firm for over 20 years.

Tina Vildibill

Tina Vildibill is a transactional paralegal who assists Katie James and Joe Kinlaw in the areas of real estate, land use and the representation of special districts.  She has almost 20 years of experience working as a paralegal and uses her skills to ensure that the needs of her clients are met efficiently and accurately.  Tina earned a Degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of Northern Colorado and then went on to get a Paralegal Certificate in 2000.

Tamarah Hanna

Tamarah has been a paralegal for several decades, for some of the pioneering attorneys in the family law arena, so she brings a wealth of experience to the table. Tamarah has the high-level experience with all aspects of family law, including domestic, juvenile, and paternity matters that client’s value most. She often runs the show on the back-office side of cases that many don’t realize is the backbone to winning litigation of these matters, with critical case management, trial preparation and client support. Tamarah is a huge addition to our litigation and transactional teams in assuring our clients the best possible representation.

Shawn McClure

Shawn McClure brings to the firm over 25 years of experience clerking for several municipal courts, (Littleton, Englewood, and Centennial), the Colorado Supreme Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.  She heads up the front of the office as the Firm Receptionist.  She also serves as a Legal Assistant for our transactional law team. Her educational background is in accounting and income taxes, which our transactional team finds helpful with tasks related to her strong financial background.   With her extensive court clerk background, our litigation team seek her assistance with case management, trial preparation, and preparing and processing of a wide range of legal documents.  She epitomizes the quote, that “a jack of all trades is a master of none, but oftentimes better than a master of one.”

Laura A. Berkey

Laura is a certified paralegal with over 38 years’ experience working in a variety of areas of litigation, including family law, criminal, civil, medical malpractice, and insurance defense.  For the past 20 years, she has been a family law paralegal.  Laura assists Marc Patoile and Renee Cox with their family law and criminal cases.  She received her Paralegal Certificate from Hickey Business School in St. Louis, Missouri.  She has superior time and litigation case management skills with extensive trial preparation and financial disclosure preparation experience.  Laura was previously an HR Administrator as well as a Managing Paralegal for law firms in the Denver Metro area.  Laura assists clients through some of the most difficult times in their lives by remaining compassionate, supportive, and an advocate for the clients of the firm.  She believes in the importance of family and understands the stressors and challenges parents may face going through a divorce or child custody.
