Michael Hupf is a trial attorney.

His litigation experience includes construction defect, title disputes, premises liability, personal injury and medical malpractice, real estate and general contract disputes.  He started his legal career in Dallas-Fort Worth and practiced civil litigation for fives years in Texas before finding his way to Colorado.

Mr. Hupf believes the most important thing about handling any type of case is understanding the client’s goals.  Mr. Hupf understands that discussing the client’s goals and collaboratively developing a plan with the client is key to any successful matter.  Whether that be working towards a cost-effective and quick resolution of the matter or turning over every stone in investigating the claim, Mr. Hupf is equipped to execute on the plan.

Mr. Hupf has prosecuted and defended numerous cases through jury and bench trials in both Colorado and Texas.  He is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Colorado, Texas, and Nebraska.

Mr. Hupf was born and raised in Nebraska.  He attended the University of Nebraska Omaha and was a letterwinner in the sport of tennis, while serving as the captain of the team his junior and senior year.  He then attended the University of Nebraska Lincoln for law school.  Mr. Hupf is also active in his community.  He coaches for the Colorado Rapids Youth Soccer Program and is a member of the Castle Rock 4.5 USTA tennis team.
