John Clark’s practice focuses primarily on homeowners associations, real estate transactions, contracts, and small business formations, where he can bring to bear the extensive research and drafting skills he developed in his undergraduate study as a chemistry major, and as managing editor of the Denver University Law Review. Other areas of interest and practice include land use law, special districts, and municipal law.
